  12. Welcome to Maple Web(tm), an easy way to input and manage your favorite 
  13. web site URLs using your Palm Pilot. This ReadMe file contains important 
  14. information regarding Maple Web(tm).

  28. To install Maple Web:
  29.  
  30. 1. Start the Palm Install Tool application in your Palm directory or folder.
  31. 2. Choose the correct User Name.
  32. 3. Choose the Maple Web.prc file that accompanies this README file. 
  33. 4. HotSync.

  37. How to use this software
  38.  
  39. - This program is very easy to use! When you start the application you will see the URL
  40.   entry form. Here you can enter the name of the site, the web address (URL) and a brief 
  41.   description of the site or you can browse through URLs you already entered. Once you have 
  42.   entered the data you will need to click the "N" button to make it record.
  43.  
  44. - To browse through the URLs you already entered, simply click on the " Next >" or "< Last" 
  45.   buttons. These are represented by the right and left arrow icons.

  47. - To delete a URL click on the "Remove" button while you are viewing the record you want to
  48.   remove. This is represented by the 'X' icon.
  49.  
  50. - When you click on the "About" you will see some information on the program. This is 
  51.   represented by the '?' icon.

  53. - Finally, you can view all of your web site URLs in one list by clicking on the button at the
  54.   bottom of the form which says "List URLs" This is represented by the 'page' icon.
  55.   From this list, you can edit an entry simply by clicking on the item in the list or by 
  56.   clicking on the "Edit/Modify" button.

  60. Future Enhancements

  62. - Support for Palm OS release 3.5 (Palm IIIc in Color) as well as all previous release versions.

  64. - Will fix bug that causes the Palm to need a Reset when 'Delete Record' is selected an no entries
  65.   have been made. (if you encounter this problem, use a paperclicp to do a hard reset) To avoid
  66.   this bug, please try to keep at least one record (URL) in the database.

  68. - Will add export capabilities to Internet Explorer and Netscape Bookmark lists using third-party
  69.   tools.
